On-site Registration Desk

Overview

A.  Online registrants must present the ‘Invoice and Registration Confirmation' to the on-site registration desk to confirm registration.

B.  ‘Invoice and Registration Confirmation’ can be downloaded and printed from the ‘Overview’ tab after logging in.

C.  Name, affiliation, and country are printed on the name badge.

D.  If you wish to register on-site, please fill out the ‘On-Site Registration Form’ or submit your business card to the registration desk and

       pay the on-site registration fee in Korean Won by credit card or in cash.

E.  All attendees are requested to wear the name badge throughout the NTHAS 13 period.

F.  If you lose your name badge, you can get it reissued at the registration desk.

On-site Registration Desk

A. Location: Naru Ballroom Lobby, 2F (check floor plan)

B. Operating Hours:

  • November 10 (Sun), 16:00 – 18:30

  • November 11 (Mon) & 12 (Tue), 09:00 – 15:40

  • November 13 (Wed), 08:30-11:10

Registration Process

  • Step 1     Present the 'Invoice and Registration Confirmation' to the registration Desk.

  • Step 2     NTHAS 13 secretariat checks your registration status.

  • Step 3     Receive your name badge and a Final Program Book.

Receipt & Certificate

A. Receipt

  • Pre-registrants can print and download the receipt printed from the ‘Overview’ tab after logging in.

  • Those who register on-site will be issued a receipt for on-site payment, and the official receipt can be downloaded and printed from the ‘Overview’ tab after logging in after the NTHAS 13 ends.

B. Certificate of Attendance

  • You can download and print your certificate of attendance from the ‘Overview’ tab after logging in within 2 weeks after the end of the NTHAS 13.
